My son Eli has been loving Buzz Lightyear lately, so we decided to throw him a space themed birthday party for his 4th birthday! After browsing Pinterest, I pulled together the perfect color scheme, food, and decor ideas that I’m proud to say turned out so perfectly!
We rented this minimal white bounce house from The White Castle Utah & our balloon arch is a custom 12-foot DIY balloon arch kit from The Fiesta Shop Co. (colors: Willow, retro mint, seaglass, and blush, with silver foil moon & stars).
Since the party was in the morning leading into lunchtime, we did star shaped sandwiches, moon shaped rice krispy treats, rocket ship fruit kabobs, and cupcakes. Sprinkling this silver star confetti all over our serving table elevated the table decor to a new galaxy! I used a cupcake topper kit from Meri Meri that looked adorable too.
I rented these custom arch backdrops from Utah Party Backdrops and we were able to pick the exact paint colors for them which made them fit in seamlessly with my pastel space theme! The acrylic “Let’s Party” sign was custom made by Beck Engraving Design Studio and it looked perfect on our blue backdrop arch.
We rented this cute neutral ball pit filled with white balls from Just Peachy Utah! I’ve loved working with them for my kids parties since they have so many pools and ball colors to choose from making it easy to fit in with the rest of our decor. I found the cutest wooden rocket ships that were super affordable and set up a paint activity for the kids to do and had a piƱata that we did as well! I went with this cute metallic star one and it was perfect.
So happy with how everything turned out, and can’t wait to start planning for his next birthday!
